Three teens arrested for Staten Island convent fire

Depravity takes many forms!

New York Daily News reports a twisted teen arrested for setting a fire in a Staten Island convent that seriously injured a nun used religious instruments to spark the unholy blaze, sources said.

Vincent Calder, 19, used wax lighting tapers he found inside the convent at St. Joseph Hill Academy to set the place on fire, the sources said.

“It’s particularly disturbing because these are used for religious services and the suspect used them to start a fire that nearly killed a member of the clergy,” an FDNY source told the Daily News.

Sister Regina Gegic, 45, was sleeping in the older of two convents on the Catholic school’s campus when the two-alarm blaze was set at about 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 12.
Gegic leapt from the burning building, breaking several vertebrae on the fall. She has since been released from Staten Island University Hospital North, police said.
Investigators found Calder's fingerprint on a convent air conditioner, sources said, and later detained him on an outstanding warrant.

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog
and was curious what all is required to get set up? I'm assuming
having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very internet savvy so I'm not 100% sure.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
