Romney Accepts Obama’s Invitation To Dine at White House Thursday

I see this strictly as a PR move by President Obama.  Nothing more nothing less.  I doubt highly that Obama will listen to anything Romney has to say if Romney says anything at all on policy.

The White House said Wednesday that former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will have lunch with President Obama,  their first meeting since the president's hard-fought re-election.
"On Thursday, Governor Romney will have a private lunch at the White House with President Obama in the Private Dining Room," White House Press Secretary Jay Carney wrote in a statement.

"It will be the first opportunity they have had to visit since the election," Carney said. "There will be no press coverage of the meeting."

President Obama said at a press conference on Nov. 15 that he hoped to meet with his political foe. "I’m sure that Governor Romney is spending some time with his family," he said, just a week after the election. "And my hope is, before the end of the year, though, that we have a chance to — to sit down and talk."
