Holder explains killing without trial: Would the media let George Bush do this? Hell no!

This is one of the few Obama policies I agree with.  However, there’s no way in God’s green earth were George Bush still president and followed this policy that Holder justified yesterday, the Left would cry “Impeachment”  so fast Bill Clinton would drop his Black Book.
NY Times reports Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. asserted on Monday that it is lawful for the government to kill American citizens if officials deem them to be operational leaders of Al Qaeda who are planning attacks on the United States and if capturing them alive is not feasible.

Holder really is a horrible AG.  But, I cut him some slack because he’s a Mets fan.

The Last Tradition is fast becoming one of the most popular political blogs on the net. Don’t miss out on the fun and tell a friend.

Wiki:

"Kamal Derwish (also Ahmed Hijazi) was an American citizen killed by the CIA as part of a covert targeted killing mission in Yemen on November 5, 2002. The CIA used an RQ-1 Predator drone to shoot a Hellfire missile, destroying the vehicle in which he was driving with five others."

There was no controversy by the media or public.
Scholars of course had their take, which we all care about to the degree we do.
